Nutrova Whey Protein Isolate

As an Ironman triathlete and avid mountaineer, I’m very particular about the nutrition I consume. I’ve never trusted any Indian brand before Nutrova, but I’m so happy with the stuff they’ve been doing.

The best thing I liked about this protein is that it has no sugar, which means a lot to me. All the other competitive brands have artificial sweeteners in it which enhance the taste but at the cost of my health. Performance and recovery is everything for me and I’m happy to find this Indian product backed by research.

easy to digest protein

I am lactose intolerant and finding a good whey protein has always been a challenge for me. I have tried ON, Muscletech, BSN etc. This is the first Whey Protein Isolate that did not disturb my stomach nor did it cause any bloating. I have already ordered a 1 KG pack. Will write a review for that as well post consumption.

I added around 250ml of water which led to the perfect consistency. The mix-ability and digest ability is fantastic! The shake is almost translucent which clearly tells you how clean it is and don’t get me started on how light it is on the stomach! I would recommend this to my friends without a doubt.

I’ve tried many different ones and I love how the Nutrova whey is light and taste good too. It has become my go to after a workout and I also happily have it as a snack. No bloating, no stomach going off and no blending! Just mix it up and it’s good to go.

I always purchased unflavoured whey proteins as I did not want any natural/artificial sweeteners added to it. What makes Nutrova a better option is that it is flavored, yet has no sweeteners in it. Trust me, once you try unsweetened whey protein, there's no going back to the artificially sweetened one. Had tried so many proteins containing Stevia, but did not like its taste at all.
