Nutrova Daily Multivitamin

₹ 1,400

A one-a-day formula optimized for diets that contain meat and/or dairy.

The Science

Typical Indian diets that include dairy and/or meat have most nutrients, but still may not give us all we need.

Vitamins D and K2 aren’t adequately present in food sources

Vitamin C, vitamin A's active form called retinol, and B-vitamins get lost to heat and various processes Zinc isn't always consumed in a form that's easily absorbed by the body, and copper has low bioavailability as well.

Nutrova Daily Multivitamin provides these nutrients in their optimal forms and doses, along with the powerful antioxidant benefits of tocotrienol-rich vitamin E and natural lycopene (from tomatoes).

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone consume it?

Yes; Nutrova Daily Multivitamin is a simple solution for individuals following a diet containing dairy/meat. It is also helpful for vegetarians who consume limited amounts of dairy products. However, pregnant or lactating women, people with medical conditions or people on chronic medication should first consult their doctors.

What's the best time to consume it?

We recommend taking the product along with or just after a meal to maximise absorption of nutrients.

Can I have it with another Nutrova product?

Yes, all our products are designed to work well both individually and together. That said, you wouldn’t need to consume both this and Nutrova Collagen+Antioxidants.

Are there any side effects?

None at all! Just make sure to read its ingredient list carefully if you have any food allergies.

How is this different from other multivitamin supplements?

This product has been designed keeping in mind the nutrient intakes of individuals in India who consume meat and/or dairy. Our goal with this product is to provide nutrients at doses that fill in the gaps in standard, non-vegan Indian diets, while making sure we avoid excess intake.

We have also made sure that every nutrient is in its most bioavailable (easy-to-absorb) and effective form. For example, the product contains zinc citrate, a superior form of zinc, as well as tocotrienol-rich vitamin E, both of which are rarely found in multivitamins.

How long can I consume it for?

We recommended consuming it daily for at least 2 to ideally 4 months. After that, the continuation is entirely up to you. It’s perfectly safe to consume for any duration you choose, the same way you would consume a multivitamin.
