Third-party test reports
We routinely conduct third-party test reports on Nutrova Whey Protein Isolate for its protein purity and profile, and lactose content.
As seen in the test report, Nutrova Whey Protein Isolate contains a rich profile of amino acids.
This includes BCAAs ('branched chain amino acids', namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, which are pivotal for muscle growth and repair) amounting to approximately 18.33 grams per 100 grams (5.5 grams per 30-gram serving).
As seen in the report, the lactose content in Nutrova Whey Protein Isolate is 1.22 grams per 100 grams of protein, or 0.37 grams per serving.
To put that in perspective, 1 (230 ml) cup of milk generally contains 12 grams of lactose. Studies suggest that most individuals with lactose intolerance can consume 12 to 15 grams of lactose in a serving without experiencing its symptoms.
