Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium

₹ 950

A unique combination of highly bioavailable calcium citrate malate & magnesium bisglycinate, in the optimal 2.5:1 ratio.

The Science

Mostly stored in bone, calcium is also important for cellular health, translating to muscular, skeletal, heart and metabolic health. Magnesium is involved in hundreds of reactions in our body that are essential for good physical and mental health.

Calcium intake is suboptimal in Indian, vegan and dairy-free diets. Both calcium and magnesium can be lost through sweat during intense exercise, further increasing the need for these esential nutrients.

Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium delivers bioavailable forms of these essential nutrients in an optimal 2.5:1 ratio, for maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium also contains vegan vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and Boron to ensure optimal absorption and support bone health.

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone consume it?

Yes. Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium can be consumed by anyone looking for a calcium supplement. It's also helpful for vegans and vegetarians who consume limited amounts of dairy products. However, pregnant or lactating women, people with medical conditions or people on chronic medication should first consult their
doctors.

What's the best time to consume it?

We recommend taking Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium along with or just after a meal to maximize absorption of nutrients. Ideally taken twice daily.

Can I have it with another Nutrova product?

Yes, all our products are designed to work well both individually and together.
However, we would recommend taking it at a different time than any Iron- or
Zinc-containing product like Nutrova Kerastrength to ensure maximum absorption.

Are there any side effects?

None at all! Just make sure to read its ingredient list carefully if you have any food allergies.

How is this different from other calcium supplements?

Calcium supplements typically contain more than 500 mg of calcium. Doses higher than 300 mg are not absorbed well, which is why Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium contains 300 mg calcium.

Very high intake of calcium that isn’t balanced with magnesium supplementation can increase inflammation and the risk of heart disease, amongst other issues. Nutrova Calcium+Magnesium contains the ideal ratio of Ca:Mg of 2.5:1 in highly
bioavailable forms.

Finally, we have added vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and boron to promote absorption and bone health.

How long can I consume it for?

We recommended consuming it daily for at least 2 months. After that, the continuation is entirely up to you. It’s perfectly safe to consume for any duration you choose.
