Invitation To Offer

Pricing Restrictions

All prices listed on the Website are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes. If your order is accepted, the applicable price of all products ordered shall be charged to your credit / debit card, and once the payment has been processed you have receive any email to that effect.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information or due to any technical or other errors on the Website, Axys Nutrition shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, Axys Nutrition will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using your e-mail address (provided by you), or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card account. If an incorrectly priced order is dispatched, Axys Nutrition will take will arrange for the dispatch to be halted mid-way, if possible, or picked up, if delivered. If a payment has already been processed, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/ debit card account.
