Six weeks into Sciencing Our Lifestyles, we knew we were on to something – we could see and sense the difference the programme was making in our lives, even before our body measurement results confirmed it.

By the end of the three months, we had each managed to achieve our individual goals that were made based on our starting points and what we personally wanted for ourselves. The best part about the entire programme? We still follow elements of it in our daily lives – not just because of how sustainable it is, but also because we know what it’s worth.
