In a recent study conducted in South Carolina, it was found that men having the highest intake of dietary fibre were up to 39 percent less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer, compared to those that had low fibre intake in their diet.
This study suggests that eating foods that are rich in fibre, or consuming dietary fibre supplements may help in the prevention of aggressive prostate cancer.
